I was telling some of the people on my support FB page about how much better i am feeling because they have been listening to me cry over feeling so terrible and on a dime it changes. Why?
I said i will post my new plan for reference. Maybe someone will find help in it.
CFS/ME PLAN
MINE (Anything in brackets is CFS/ME CLINIC RECCOMENDATIONS)
715am 60mg Desicated Thyroid
1000mg Vitamin D (2000IU daily)
Breakfast - (Eat 30gr Protein within 1 hr of waking)
Large healthy protein muffin *Recipe below*
Large Orange
800ml Orange People tea with Vanilla Liquid Coffee creamer
8:30 Walk the dog 12 min (Graded exercise)
9am Back to bed
1030 Awake, Shower and/or get ready for the day and take:
150mg Wellbutrin
50mg Pristiq
25mg HCTZ
3.5mg Low Dose Naltrexone
1000mg Vitamin D
800mg Magnesium Malate (250mg 4x a day)
1400mg Omega 3
400mg Co-enzyme Q10 (200mg 3x a day)
(Vit B 400mg daily)
11am Appointments, shopping or time with friends
1pm Lunch (30 gr of protein)
3oz Cooked Chicken
Apple
1/4 cup Craisins, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Almonds
8oz Water with Lemon slice
1:30pm Nap with listen to Audiobook for up to 30min
330pm Awake and drink 400ml G2 - Gatorade
330pm-630 Deal with kids, dinner, etc
630pm Dinner (30gr of Protein)
7:30pm Walk the dog 12 min (Graded exercise)
830pm Get into pjs and take meds
1mg Lorazepam
800mg Magnesium Malate
5mg Naproxen (Up 5mg every 2 weeks)
1030pm - 12am Bedtime
Other: drink water with lemon all day. Iron IV infusions , Active Release Therapy, Massage monthly.
1. Preheat oven cook to 350°F and move rack to the middle. Grease pans with Baking PAM. Soak Chia seeds 1/4c to 1 cup water for 20 min if you are not using eggs
2. Mix ingredients from list A in small bowl and list B in a larger bowl.
3. Pour bowl A into bowl B and mix till completely by hand but just till mixed. Do not use mixer or over mix.
4. Scoop into muffin pans. Makes 24 Large muffins. Cook for 30min.*
5. Remove from oven and check for doness with a tooth pick. Cool in tins for 5min and remove to cool on rack.
6. Once cool, freeze in Large Ziplocs for 3 weeks in fridge freezer or 3 months in deep freeze.
*If you are making 48 small muffins cook at 400°F for 18min.
